Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO)
Sien brings over 19 years of experience in power engineering and energy transition infrastructure. As Hasilwan’s Group Chief Executive Officer, he leads the Group’s strategic direction and long-term growth agenda, driving performance and alignment across its businesses. He has led the delivery of key infrastructure and energy transition projects, including high- and medium-voltage grid interconnection facilities, solar PV (LSS and C&I), BESS, and energy efficiency solutions focused on delivering reliable, innovative, and cost-sustainable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Wae brings over 25 years of experience in power transmission and distribution, high-voltage substation and transmission line project delivery, and green energy infrastructure. As Hasilwan’s Group Executive Director, he oversees Group-wide execution and governance, ensuring strong operational discipline and consistent delivery across key functions and projects.

Johnson brings over 24 years of corporate experience through leadership roles in global MNCs and GLCs, alongside experience in startups and community building. As General Manager of Green Energy Solutions at Hasilwan, he leads the delivery of Solar, BESS, and energy efficiency solutions—prioritising commercially viable outcomes, strong ROI, improved energy performance, operational reliability, and measurable cost savings for clients.

Cheang brings more than 25 years of experience in supply chain and procurement operations and serves as General Manager, Supply Chain Management at Hasilwan. He leads end-to-end supply chain execution across the Group covering sourcing, vendor management, contract and procurement governance, warehouse management, and logistics coordination ensuring cost competitiveness, quality assurance, and timely delivery to support reliable project and operational outcomes.
